Low back pain animated explanation

Here’s a great animated video to help explain common types of low back pain – it includes Ankylosing Spondylitis but it’s more of a general overview of the terms and causes relating to low back pain.

It highlights the importance of mental health and well as physical.

I would have found this useful before my diagnosis when I was searching around for answers.

20 years ago when I started getting pains, the internet was a different place. The download speed alone wouldn’t have supported such videos. It would have taken a minute to download a page with just a few pictures!!

Even ten years ago wen I got my diagnosis, Ankylosing Spondylitis was not as well discussed as it is now.
