21,694 steps around London

I live on the beautiful south coast of England, but every now and again we travel up to London for a bit of entertainment and culture.

This August Mummy treated our 6yo  and 4yo to Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. I offered to drive them all up including our then 3 month old boy. We saw them into the theatre then had a choice of drive back out of the centre of London at a snails pace in traffic, only to come back through the same traffic a couple of hours later… or go for a walk with the buggy and show my new born the city I lived in for seven years.

I chose the latter and what I thought would be a stroll round the corner from the theatre just to see Buckingham Palace, turned into a 3 hour round trip of the city sights! Here are some of the photos…

By the time I got to Victoria, my hips were in agony, but the fire going on between my bum cheeks kept my mind off my hips!! Must be the way I walk! 🙂
